What to contact us about

• Bug reports. A tool gives a wrong result, fails on valid input, or a button does not work.
• Tool suggestions. A utility you keep needing that is not here yet, or an option missing from an existing tool.
• Technical problems with the site. A page will not load, looks broken on your device, or is hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
• Content corrections. An explanation, example or FAQ answer on a tool page that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Privacy requests. Questions about the privacy policy, or a request relating to personal data.
• General feedback. Anything that would make the tools more useful to you.

Reporting a problem with a tool

To help us fix an issue quickly, please include:

• the address of the tool page;
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
• a small example input that shows the problem, with any confidential data removed;
• your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone.

Please do not send sensitive data

Never email passwords, access tokens, API keys, private keys or personal data. The tools on this site process input in your browser and we never need your secrets to investigate a problem.
